Account Manager 3
Requirements:
1. Electrical and Engineering degree or above from renown universities;
2. Foreign invested company working experience;
3. Minimum 3 years successful experience in sales for industrial products, at least 1 year experience of account management or project management;
4. Necessary knowledge on automation and drive systems or products;
5. Knowledge of China Wind market;

8. Working location: 1 candidate in Beijing, 1 in Guangzhou and 1 in Qingdao
Responsibilities:
1. Make contribution to company's revenue in line with company's growth strategies;
2. Responsible for the development and growth of sales for accounts;
3. To develop new opportunities and prospects and convert them into new sales or accounts;
4. Establish and maintain strong relationship with account;
5. Ensure that account's issues are dealt with in an efficient manner;

Account Manager – wind farm owners 1
Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Collect information of wind farm owners/developers and wind farm projects;
2. Establish business relationship with mayor wind farm owners/developers;
3. Influence wind farm owners/developers to appoint SSB products to be used on the wind turbines they purchase;
4. Actively sell spare parts and service to wind farm owners/developers;
5. Develop new opportunities and prospects, and convert them into new sales volume;
6. Work close with service engineers to ensure that wind farms’ issues are dealt with in an efficient manner so as to improve customer satisfaction level;
7. Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports of each mayor wind farm owners/developers;
8. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors;
Technical Support Engineer 1
Requirements:
1. Automation & control or electric control bachelor degree;
2. Three years above working experience, with minimum two years experience in before-sales technical support for industry products;
3. Thorough understanding and knowledge of drive control systems & products, with experience of setting up and running drive control systems;
4. Necessary knowledge of wind turbine control system;
5. Proven ability in understanding project needs in cross-functional view, negotiation and issue resolution skills under pressure;
6. Good team player, ability to work as part of a team to get resolution to client issues;
7. Excellent communication & influencing skills, highly self-motivated and proactive, hardworking and committed to results;
8. Availability to travel with short notice.
9. Working location: Beijing or Qingdao
Responsibilities:
1. Communicating customer needs and wishes to our engineering staff
2. Work with the account managers as a key partner in the strategy development to create winning proposals, providing technical expertise in analyzing customer's needs and selecting, implementing and developing the most competitive SSB pitch control solutions
3. Develop, prepare and present pitch system technical agreement, to include performance calculations, cost estimation, scope identification, deviations to client specifications etc, all according to company processes and procedures
4. Provide technical support as required to system sales & contract negotiations
5. Participate in a variety of conferences, internally and externally to clarify and finalize the technical agreement within deadlines.
6. Ensure the technical aspects of a proposal are complete and compliant with the customer's requirements.
7. Ensure the correctness of the scope of supply
8. Drive internal targeted cost reduction for specific deals and overall products
9. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team such as Engineering, Supply chain and external vendors to ensure timely flow of information
10. Perform classroom and hands on training for SSB products, control functions, safety chain, operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting..
11. Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competitors
12. Summarize market information and provide useful information by monthly report about competitors' system, market trends and feedback from customers.

Mechanical Engineer 1
Requirements:
1. Bachelor in Mechnical Engineering or comparable is required;
2. Mininum 4 years Mechanical engineering working experiences;
3. Strong 2D drafting & 3D modeling skills along with design and analysis knowledge;
4. Knowledge of cabinet welding is preferred;
5. Good communication and cooperation skills;
6. Good health conditions to stand height and willing to travel;
7. fluent written and spoken English;
Responsibilities:
1. To do control cabinet design.
2. To communicate with customer about technical requirement and mechanical constraint of product
3. Draft 2D drawings and 3D model.
4. Any other task assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Software Programmer 1
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in information technology, computer science;
2. Five years above coding experience;
3. Familiar with MS.NET, SQL database, ADO.NET, Kingdee BOS, C#;
4. Microsoft certification is a plus;
5. Excellent oral and written communication both in English and Chinese.
Responsibilities:
1. To write, update and maintain computer programs or software package to handle specific jobs;
2. To use BOS platform to optimize and streamline the ERP data workflow;
3. To create web based system, use crystal report to generate auto report;
4. To consult with and assist users to define and resolve problem;
5. To write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide users.
Project Engineer 1
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering or Project Management
2. Above 3 years operation experience in project management
3. Excellent written and verbal English, good coordination skills
Responsibilities:
1. To prepare project plan as well as following up their fulfillment
2. To follow up milestone and adjust delivery schedule with customers and internal different departments
3. To clarify general customer's inquiries and questions
4. To coordinate for solution of sudden issues, and to coordinate delivery
5. To monitor lacking material and production resource as well as coordinating these problems
Service Engineer 2
Requirements:
1. College education or above in technical discipline, bachelor in electricity is preferred;
2. Solid knowledge of power electronics, AC and DC drives;
3. Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles;
4. 2-5 years technical support experience;
5. Excellent verbal, written and listening skills both in English and Mandarin;
6. Good computer and PLC knowledge is required.
Responsibilities:
1. To provide technical support before and after-sales;
2. To supply necessary technical support and solve technical problems happening during the installation procedures;
3. To accept technical instruction from head office from Germany, build and maintain technical standards effectively;
4. To be responsible for the customer feedback and maintain a good relationship;
5. To assist the quality department to analyze the technical problems and settle it;
6. To prepare detailed and timely technical report about customers;
7. Other related duties assigned by superior.
