Emerson Network Power wins "Power Quality Vendor of the Year" award
Emerson Network Power has been named Asia’s ‘Power Quality Vendor of the Year’ at Frost & Sullivan’s 2008 Asia Pacific Industrial Technologies Awards, presented in Singapore on 15 August.
The award announcement describes Emerson’s win as a result of its relentless effort and outstanding performance in 2007.
Award recipients are evaluated by Frost & Sullivan’s senior analysts against a number of key business performance criteria, including revenue growth, new market penetration, marketing, promotion, visibility of the company, and proof of success in implementing restructuring aimed at growth.
“Our focus on showing companies how to best reduce their power consumption – which has been an ongoing theme for us since 2006 – has really hit home not only in Australia but across Asia, and this award tells us the message has been heard,” commented Peter Spiteri, Emerson Network Power Australia’s Communication Director.
