Emerson Wins 2010 Enterprise Special Contribution Award
in Corporate Social Responsibility

Beijing, CHINA, (Jun 19, 2010) – On the 2010 China Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Annual Conference held in Beijing, Emerson (NYSE:EMR) won the Special Contribution Award in CSR for its long-standing commitment to corporate citizenship and outstanding contribution to society.
The 2010 China CSR Annual Conference was organized by the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment and China Charity Federation. Ma Xiuhong, Vice Minster of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, Shi Guangsheng, Chairman of China's Foreign-invested Enterprise Association, and Fan Baojun, President of China Charity Federation, attended the event. Jennie Li, director of government & corporate relations of Emerson China, received the prize on behalf of the company.
